A self-trained artist, Nestor operated an art school in New Orleans and speciaized in oils and watercolors. He was known for painting scenese of New Orleans, New York, Paris, and Mexico. His achievements and awards date back to mid-30’s and include the following: Operated Fruge’s Academy of Art, New Orleans, 1949-1952. Since then has traveled and exhibited principally in Europe and Mexico with frequent periodic sojourns in New Orleans. Exclusive at The Candle House 511 Rue Royale New Orleans.
